The portal www.turismodepoio.gal is the official website of the municipality of Poio, which includes content and services of general interest aimed at people who live in the municipality or who wish to get to know or visit it, entities, professionals and companies with interests in our municipality or who are looking for a place with potential to develop their activity.

This web portal integrates the thematic and sectorial portals of all municipal activity areas with the aim of disseminating and communicating information about our municipality, as well as promoting and reinforcing the instruments of citizen participation and of entities or associations. The opinions that are expressed through the participation instruments available on this website are the sole responsibility of the persons who issue them.

The Poio Town Council is not responsible for the content, accuracy and updating of the information published in the sectorial portals and that which comes from other natural or legal persons and that appears on the website or to which it is referred from links or other systems, with the exception of the information and content published on the electronic site that is governed by the regulations on electronic administration and by the provisions of the municipal electronic site itself. The information published on this website does not have the effects of an act of legal publicity nor does it constitute a notification of administrative acts or official announcements, and the user must abide by what results from the channels of publicity or notification legally arranged for that purpose.

The Poio Town Council reserves the right to make the changes that may be necessary without prior notice, in order to update, correct, add or modify the contents of the web portal of the municipality of Poio or its design. In any case, it is not responsible for the contents that third parties include in the hyperlinks or links to sections hosted in the sectorial portals that integrate the portal of the municipality www.concellopoio.gal

The design of this Web portal and its source codes, such as the logos, brands, and other distinctive signs that appear therein, belong to the Poio Town Council and are protected by the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights. Its use, reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other similar or analogous activity is totally prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Poio Town Council, except for the aforementioned cases of reuse. The license to use any content on this Web portal, granted to the user, is limited to downloading said content and private use thereof, provided that said content remains intact and the source thereof is cited (Law 37/2007, of November 16, on the reuse of public sector information).

Any possible conflicts related to this website will be governed exclusively by the law that affects the Spanish State, with the courts of Pontevedra being the only competent ones. All users accept compliance with and respect for this clause.
